White is always in fashion in summer, but if you haven't noticed, it's even more so this year. I think this is due to the huge monochrome trend on the catwalks this spring summer. Whatever the reason white should be your go to colour to wear- Just don't eat spaghetti bolognese or a chicken korma. Sauce splashes do not go with this look. Here are some of my favourite pieces from Matches Fashion.

Urban Outfitters Dress
I found this dress in Urban Outfitters the other day and had to share it- it was so gorgeous. With no real occasion to wear it, limited dinero, and a too large wardrobe as is, the purchase was not made. But hey ho- I got to try it on.
Look at the lace! MMmmmm

Mumford and Sons Gentlemen of the Road Concert
Last saturday (6th of July) myself, sister, brother, best friend (Cait) and brothers friend (Hugo) all went to The Gentlemen on the Road concert, hosted by Mumford and Sons. Obviously the main act was Mumford, but we were also lucky enough to witness the fitness of Ben Howard, Edward Sharpe and the Manetic Zero's, Haim, and Vampire Weekend.

The stage and crowd watching Haim.
This concert exceeded any expectations I had. It was literally like a mini festival complete with funny food stalls, rides, bunting, chill out areas, disco, fields and pissed jolly people everywhere- it was fantastic! I expected Edward Sharpe and the Magneti Zero's and Ben Howard to be my favourite's as I listen to their music most out of all of the acts, but Mumford and Sons really stole the show. Their vibe, energy and sound literally blew me away. The weather was hot (maybe too hot) and the music was incredible. If ever there is a chance to see any of these acts again, I would in a jiffy. Here are a few photos and a video from the concert.

Style File: Last Summer
Dress: Jack Wills
Shoes: Blue Velvet
Bag: Kenya
My sister and I were given these bags as a birthday present whilst we were in Kenya. The bags are amazing- they are made from recycled plastic bags, beads and recycled fabric. They are the most tactile bags you will ever see- you just want to touch them the whole time.

Levi and Liberty join forces
I found these photos from the collaboration between Levi and Liberty of London. It was without doubt that these two brands would create something spectacular and I think it is evident through these vibrant photos that that happened.

Block Heels
This summer will pay homage to the block heel. This shape heel is incredibly sixties and undeniably comfortable- no wonder we are choosing to wear these over the painful stilettos that, after wearing them, make our feet look like we have kicked a bee hive. Even better news is that because these shoes are comfortable, we can actually walk in them, instead tumbling around like a newly born drag queen. So without further ado, I bring to you, some of the latest and greatest block heel shoes- get inspired!

Style File: In Valencia
I havent done a style file of what I've been wearing for a long time. I guess it's because I don't think I've been wearing anything that stylish or blog-able; or the fact I find posing for a picture a little cringe-y and arrogant. I mean- who is to say I am well dressed?- Me? The other day however I thought I had stepped out the house blog-acceptable. So excuse my arrogance but this is what I wore.
Grey wrap crop top: Topshop (old old old season)
Skirt: American Apparel
Bag: Amichi (Spain)
Shoes: ZARA (very recent)
My new shoes: extremely comfortable, they go with everything and they were a very nice price.
My Buddah Necklace from a random small jewellery shop.
Watch: €10!!! from Ale Hop
Laura and I had just finished going for a coffee, and decided to stop off at one of the mini 'Frutas y Venduras' shops to buy some grub. Just look at those beautiful veggies. I have not put any effects on the colours of them- If that isn't appetising then I think you're the weird one.
