Half a red cabbage
A lump of ginger
A few (about 5) asparagus stems
A squeeze of lemon juice
A lump of coconut oil
A dash of coconut water
A handful of mint
A handful of raisons
Season with salt and pepper
A sprinkle of chillie flakes
D o:
1) With coconut oil in the pan, place the red cabbage and ginger in the pan and fry for a few minutes.
2) Add the mint, raisons and asparagus and stir. Then pour a bit of coconut water over the top and let it simmer and steam with the water.
3) Season with a squeeze of lemon juice, chillie flakes, pepper and salt.
4) Serve immediately.
